Our efficient kitchen can produce all the grub needed to feed your group. We serve our food family-style in a buffet service. You can expect lots of delicious and healthy food carefully planned for everyone’s nutritional needs.

We can accommodate dietary needs or food preferences. We offer catered meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch are set up so work crews o pack their own lunch with their favourite choices and get out early for work. Depending on the level of catering, we can offer full meals with home-made soups, dinner choices & desserts. We offer the special touches like home-made bread or fresh baked pies or tasty cookies for the lunch snacks. Breakfasts can be light or a hearty lumberjack-style start to the day.

Bottom Line: We serve up the best logger-quality meals on the West Coast. We pride ourselves on serving wonderful meals from which no one ever leaves hungry.

We offer regular cleaning to ensure the lodge is clean & hygienic for your staff. Beds are made and bathrooms sanitized. The kitchen is also kept sanitized.

We can coordinate crew safety in all kinds of ways. We are experienced and trained in first aid, vhf radio operation, professional custodial services, and food safety. We also have boat operator’s licences and marine first aid.

We operate a 32 ft aluminum sea truck custom built by Daigle Marine. It’s a heavy duty boat with a large deck space that can transport either 12 passengers or 7 tonnes of freight. Our 20’ work skiff is good for hauling smaller freight, 2-4 passengers and landing on isolated beaches without moorage.

Boat charters are by the hour for small runs or day rates for all-day charters. We have a fixed set rate for the most frequent run from Fair Harbour to Kyuquot. 

You can either bring your own boat or we will arrange fish charters for you. We have private, secure, protected moorage at Sea Otter Lodge. Free public moorage is available at Happy Place Lodge.

Friendly dogs are welcome to bunk at the lodge.

Our rates for off season crew accommodation are based on competitive industrial rates calculated per person/daily. The price depends on the level of catering with either full service or self-serve breakfasts.
